The KLM name comes directly from my family – the first initials of my true bosses: my wife and two daughters. Everything we work for and achieve is toward the betterment of our families. A strong family is built on strong faith, and strong business is built on a strong family.

My faith informs everything I do. From how I work to how I live my life as a husband and father, I am led by the example Christ set for us.

Glenn Silva is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and holds the MAI designation. He is a proud Aggie, a champion barbecuer.
